中央气象台8月26日06时发布暴雨黄色预警、强对流天气蓝色预警，预计，局地将有雷暴大风或冰雹等强对流天气。 (ECNS) -- Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, speaking in Chinese, underscored the importance of bilingual education and urged families to create environments where children can enjoy the language. Wong said more than 1,000 students have benefited from expanded advanced Chinese courses this year, with about one quarter of Secondary 1 students enrolled. He cited examples of Straits Times reporter Alyssa Woo improving language fluency by immersing herself in Chinese entertainment, from TV dramas such as Pursuit of Jade to songs by Pop icon Jay Chou. “Watching dramas and listening to songs can really help with learning Chinese,” Wong said, encouraging people to find enjoyable ways to practice the language. He added that dialects remain a cultural bond, recalling watching the Teochew version of the film Dear You. Singapore and China’s national libraries will co-host an exhibition on the Four Great Classical Novels later this year. Wong stressed that Chinese has become a common language among Singapore’s Chinese community and should continue to serve as a bridge to Chinese-speaking communities worldwide. He stressed that Singapore should continue promoting Chinese as an important part of its multicultural identity and a bridge to Chinese-speaking communities around the world. 预计，8月26日08时至27日08时，江西中南部、福建西部和南部、湖南南部、广西西部和南部、广东中西部和东南部、云南中南部以及青海东部、甘肃中部、宁夏北部、陕西北部、山西中北部、河北中南部、天津南部、山东北部等地部分地区有大到暴雨，其中，江西南部、广西南部、广东中部和西北部以及山西北部、河北中南部等地部分地区有大暴雨(100—240毫米)。上述部分地区伴有短时强降水(最大小时降雨量20～50毫米，局地可超过80毫米)，局地有雷暴大风或冰雹等强对流天气。
强对流天气蓝色预警
预计8月26日08时至27日08时，东北地区东部、华北西北部和东部、江南东部、华南东部等地的部分地区将有8级以上雷暴大风或冰雹天气，其中，山东北部部分地区将有10级以上雷暴大风，最大风力可达11级以上;东北地区北部和南部、西北地区东北部、华北西北部和中东部、江南南部、华南、西南地区东南部等地的部分地区将有小时雨量大于20毫米的短时强降水天气，其中，辽宁南部、山西北部、河北西部、山东北部、江西中东部、广东西南部和中部等地的部分地区小时雨量大于50毫米，最大可达80毫米以上。
